LULU is an early-access product. Its operator-prepared terms have not undergone independent legal review; that review is planned.

Terms of Service & Trust Center
Natural-person operator · Erbil, Iraq · Effective 2026-09-14
Operator disclosure
LULU and LULU are independent software tools operated byShaker Saadi as a natural-person software developer based in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. No LLC, LTD, foundation, or other corporate entity is represented as the operator.
Supported billing payments settle directly from the customer's wallet to the operator's displayed merchant wallet on the public Solana or TRON ledger. LULU provides software and verifies payment finality; it does not hold customer deposits, operate an exchange, provide escrow, or control a customer's wallet or private keys.
Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern access to LULU. By requesting paid digital content, the customer accepts the displayed version and hash. The customer must have legal capacity, be at least 18, act for a lawful purpose, and comply with laws applicable to the customer, documents, payment, sanctions, export controls, and data processing.
The service is unavailable where its provision, receipt, payment, or use would be unlawful. LULU may reject, suspend, or require further evidence for a transaction presenting fraud, sanctions, ownership, duplicate-payment, or regulatory risk. Anonymous product access does not waive legal compliance obligations.
Service boundary
LULU is automated software for preliminary contract risk spotting. It is not a law firm, lawyer, accountant, financial adviser, fiduciary, insurer, court, or regulated dispute-resolution service. It does not create an attorney-client or professional relationship.
Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for a jurisdiction. Do not sign, reject, amend, negotiate, litigate, invest, borrow, or transfer funds solely because of an output. Obtain independent advice from qualified professionals in every relevant jurisdiction.
Privacy boundary
Free document parsing and pre-screening are designed to run in the browser. Raw document content must not be written to LULU's server database. Network-dependent functions—including payment verification and public capsule updates—are separate and must be clearly disclosed before use.
You must have lawful authority to process every document and personal datum. Remove unnecessary sensitive data before analysis.
Payment, delivery, and blockchain finality
A quote is valid only for its displayed asset, network, recipient, amount, and time window. Payment is recognized only after the supported network reports final settlement and LULU verifies the recipient, asset, amount, transaction uniqueness, and invoice binding. A submitted transaction hash alone never proves payment.
LULU accepts payment solely for its own software output. It does not exchange, custody, transmit, invest, or manage a customer's virtual assets. Customers must never provide a seed phrase, private key, or exchange password. Network fees and third-party wallet or exchange charges are the customer's responsibility.
Paid content is supplied after verified payment. No recurring crypto debit or automatic renewal is created unless a future checkout separately and expressly obtains authorization and states its terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use LULU to facilitate unlawful conduct; evade sanctions, licensing, tax, court, or regulatory duties; process documents without authority; introduce malicious content; probe or disrupt the service; misrepresent an output as legal advice, a court finding, or a government certification; or make automated high-impact decisions about another person without legally required review and safeguards.
Customer content and intellectual property
Customers retain rights in their documents and grant only the limited rights technically necessary to perform the requested local processing. LULU's software, interface, models, prompts, taxonomies, and report design remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. A report may be used internally and shared for the customer's deal, but LULU branding, verification data, or risk notices must not be falsified or removed.
Technical Delivery Guarantee
- If a finalized payment reaches the displayed LULU wallet but premium access or the paid report fails because of a verified LULU technical fault, LULU will first attempt to cure the failure within 72 hours.
- If the failure is not cured, the payer may request a full refund in the same digital asset within 14 days of payment. Network fees and exchange-rate movements are not refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
- A duplicate finalized payment is eligible for a full refund of the duplicate amount. Refunds are normally sent to the originating wallet; an exchange or custodial-wallet payment may require additional cryptographic or transaction evidence before any different destination is used.
- LULU cannot guarantee recovery of funds sent to a wrong address, wrong network, unsupported token, or otherwise not received by the displayed merchant wallet.
- After a report has been accessed, dissatisfaction with analytical quality is handled by one complimentary re-run or report credit, not a cash refund, except where mandatory law gives a stronger remedy.
- Where lawful, requesting immediate delivery of digital content means performance begins immediately. Nothing in this policy removes non-waivable consumer rights.
Mandatory rights and final legal review
Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude. Crypto settlement can be operationally irreversible, but that fact does not eliminate any refund or remedy LULU is legally required or contractually committed to provide.
No disclaimer creates immunity from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or another liability that governing law does not permit the operator to exclude. If a provision is unenforceable, it is limited only as necessary and the remainder survives.
These Terms are governed by Laws of the Republic of Iraq / Kurdistan Region. Disputes are handled by Courts of Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq, subject always to mandatory consumer and procedural rights.
